Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products and game top-up services, all completed purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has been processed.

Refund requests may be reviewed under the following conditions:

Duplicate transactions
Unsuccessful delivery caused by our system
Incorrect product delivery
Technical issues preventing order fulfillment

Customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase regarding any order issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Successfully delivered digital products
Incorrect information submitted by the customer
Change of mind after delivery
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks without prior contact
